CALISTHENICS INSTRUCTOR

I'm looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic person to go through our Calisthenics Trainer Apprenticeship program and to then start teaching some of our small group training classes, conducting fitness assessments, and delivering one-on-one and semi-private training sessions. You’ll also help with business activities like following up with prospective clients and participating in content creation for marketing. Before you are hired for this coaching position, you'll begin with an in depth apprenticeship program which will teach you everything you need to know to be able to coach our clients.

GENERAL MANAGER

You’ll work as a Studio Manager for one of two Mekanix locations. This full-time role is critical in growing Mekanix and developing our culture. Your time will be split between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, CRM Maintenance, Scheduling, Reporting, and more. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, extremely organized, and comfortable multi-tasking and wearing many hats.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE LIAISON

You’ll work as Client Experience Liaison at Mekanix. This part-time position functions as a midway point between our prospective clients and our sales team. The Client Experience Liaison is responsible for calling prospective clients from our list of leads to set in-person appointments using scripts we will provide. Appointments are set between prospective clients and members of our sales team with the goal of selling gym memberships. The ideal individual is outgoing, articulate, organized, and can work flexible hours depending on lead volume.

Fitness industry experience and experience with MindBody Online software also a plus.
